Key Responsibilities/Duties
The recruitment specialist will manage and ensure the timely process of all Manpower (MPRs)and recruitment activities for
assigned clients of FNRCO
Experience in staffing highly qualified professional in various sector Oil & Gas, Engineering , Healthcare and other technical
Responsible for the end to end recruitment process of all local and overseas requirement for clients
Review manage and timely process of all Client manpower request (MPRs) in a highly professional was fulfilling Client’s
requirement and business needs
Build knowledge and network to serve as industry expert and go-to resource for clients and candidates
Develop and implement recruitment process and salary scale with different clients in accordance with strategic
Review the job description with clients and source profile through different channels
Negotiate and release the offer to the short-listed candidate and review and analyze the recruitment progress report
Innovate and introduce best practice in recruitment on regular basic and increase the candidates experience
Create and maintains secure and confidential recruitment database and filling system , ensure all necessary recruitment
and security documentation on file
Provide the team leader / manager with administrative support when organizing career fairs and other events , participate
at the relevant events and conferences , as needed which may require travel
identify new recruitment strategies and develop new client relationship & cultivate client relationship into partnership
utilize proven recruiting methods and resource and to identify and recruit qualified professionals
Screen applicants resume against position specification and conduct initial/ final interviews in coordination with requesting
Drafts, negotiate and finalize employment offers as per the policies and procedure of FRNCO & clients requirement
Assist internal team members with existing accounts
through knowledge and experience working in the recruitment system.
Proven work experience as a recruiting officer, Specialist and recruiting coordinator.
Hands-on experience with Applicant tracking system and tracking databases.
Experience with (Phone and in person) interviews, candidates screening and evaluation
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
strong Decision making skills.
BSc in Human resources Management or Organizational Phycology.
