Prior experience in a customer service
Have worked in supervisory / lead role in a customer service
Excellent communication skills .
Proactive and problem solver
Adept with using customer care software/ SAP
Optimistic and active personality
Have deal with clints and solving queries
Able to manage customer satisfaction / engagement programs
Prior experience in leading brands or hospitality sector would be acceptable
